Before the end of last school year, CEFCU team members participated in the O'Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce's Annual 8th Grade Career Fair. This event is designed to introduce students to a variety of career paths and industries as they begin thinking about their future educational and professional opportunities.
Throughout the event, CEFCU representatives shared insights into the many career opportunities available within the credit union industry. Students learned about the wide range of roles that support members every day — from member service and lending to marketing, technology, and operations.
The fair provided students with an opportunity to ask questions, explore different career interests, and gain a better understanding of the skills and experiences that can help prepare them for future success.
