Did you know you can add a Travel Notification to your CEFCU Credit and/or Debit Mastercard® via CEFCU On-Line® and Mobile Banking? Well, this service just got even better!

When you’re planning a trip, adding a Travel Notification to your CEFCU card(s) may help avoid unwanted declines by letting us know transactions outside of your normal geographical area are legitimate. With Travel Notifications via Card Management in CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking, you can let us know of your upcoming travel 24/7/365.

Now, with recent enhancements you can:

  • View a current Travel Notification, that way you know you’ve taken care of letting us know.
    • Note: Only one Travel Notification can be stored on a given card at a time. So, if you’re planning more than one trip, wait for the current Travel Notification to expire before entering the next. Otherwise, the most recent submission will overwrite the prior.
  • Submit a Travel Notification the same day as your departure, so if you forget to do so in the midst of planning your trip, no worries!
  • Set a Travel Notification up to 6 months in advance.
  • Cancel an existing Travel Notification — no need to call-in to remove.
